4. Methamphetamine

People use and become addicted to methamphetamine because of its stimulating effects that lead to alertness and euphoria. However, this drug can have harmful and long-lasting effects. Health complications of methamphetamine include anxiety, mood problems, dental problems, weight loss, and reduced cognitive functions.

5. LSD

One of the most prominent hallucinogenic drugs is LSD, a chemical that significantly alters moods. LSD may come with harmful health effects, including rapid mood swings, distorted reality, terrifying flashbacks, paranoia, and increased blood pressure.
